Bummer

I'm being laid off at the end of July after all.

  1. Ouch! For sure? All the more reason to be thankful that you're a smart cookie and have considered other options. It's not much, but at least you have a few months notice. I'm sorry this is happening to you.

  2. Oh no! I'm sure you'll land on your feet, but after all that, I'm so sorry.

  3. I am so sorry. I found out last March that I was being laid off in July and that was the longest 3 months of my life. I almost wished they'd have just handed me a pink slip and told me to pack up my desk. It's been over half a year now of ups and downs, but you have a lot of inner strength and better things are headed your way.

  6. Oh wow, that stinks! It's so good that you've been spending time on plans B and C. It was time well spent.

  7. A big heartfelt thanks to all of you. Mwwaaa, Mwaaa - air kisses, too.

I will eventually land jelly-side up, but it's uncomfortable while I'm getting used to the idea.
